April at the library for teens

We have a lot going on during April at Burbank Public Library! Mark your calendar, put it in your diary, tell your friends!

MEET THE AUTHOR!
John Corey Whaley, who wrote Where Things Come Back (the 2012 Printz Award-winner), and whose new book, Noggin, is due out on April 8, will speak, answer questions, and autograph both his books! Don't miss him or these great YA novels!

CHALK ART WORKSHOP!
The Downtown Burbank Fine Arts Festival is Saturday and Sunday, April 19-20. So the day before, you teens get to to make sidewalk art at the library! Award-winning chalk artist Bianca Ornelas will give you some pointers and provide the supplies, and we'll make our sidewalks colorful! Email melliott@burbankca.gov to sign up for this workshop!
