Yes, I know that I sound like a proud (and partial) parent bragging about her own little darlings and therefore my opinion will be discounted, but...our children's librarian, Carey, came to the Readers' Theater performance of The Importance of Being Earnest last night expecting to be polite and say "Good for you! Good job!" at the end of the show, and was instead completely amazed by our teen troupe. In her words, "They were really REALLY GOOD!" Judging from the sitcom-style laughs coming from the audience, she wasn't alone. Kudos to all of you in both casts for being so dedicated to our many rehearsals--your hard work really showed last night. We're so proud of you! Let's do it again!
